Sarah Lavis

Sarah joined Kennedy & Cooke in February 2025 while completing her Bachelor of Laws at the University of New England. Sarah was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in November 2025.
Sarah practises primarily in wills and estate planning, estate administration and elder law, where she is committed to assisting clients with practical and compassionate legal advice. She adopts a positive and client-focused approach to resolving legal disputes, seeking where possible to achieve outcomes through negotiation and agreement.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys travelling, volunteering and supporting her children’s sporting and school commitments, and spending time with her dogs.
